Painting Supervisor

As a Crew Leader at Paint of WNY, you will be responsible for managing a team of painters and ensuring that every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of painters to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion.
• Oversee all aspects of painting projects, including surface preparation, application of paint, and finishing touches.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their painting needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Arrange walk-throughs with customers before the start of the job.
• Generate a 'game plan' to finish the job on time.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
• Train and mentor new team members to enhance their painting skills and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage project timelines and resources to achieve project goals within budget.
• Uphold the company's commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the painting industry, with a strong understanding of various painting techniques, materials, and products (Minimum of 2 years).
• Previous experience in efficiently managing painters and completing jobs.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve excellent results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to document daily activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to painting and construction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification and/or EPA lead-safe certification are a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time
• Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
